This book is blowing my mind. Not only the nutritional education I’m getting but learning how our government’s food agencies have been lying to us for almost a century. Read this book and watch Food Matters on Netflix.
So, I’ve been really uninspired when it came to my diet and my health for the last couple of months. I’m sure the process of moving from Florida to Tennessee didn’t help much. And since I’ve been home, my health has gotten even worse. When your friends and family start to verbally tell you that you’re unhealthy, it’s time to make a change. When your “big” shirts are now your “small” shirts, it’s really time to make a change. And I never would have thought my re-inspiration would come at 5am after spending another night up late watching Netflix movies. But the inspiration to turn my life back around finally came. If you have a Netflix account, make it a point to watch the documentary “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”. If you don’t have a Netflix account, go to the film’s website and find out how to see it.
